Brief Description:

Assist with retention and progress towards graduation primarily working with student-athletes that have demonstrated academic need.

List of Duties:

• Study hall monitoring responsibilities.

• Assist the Learning Specialist with the Freshman Academic Success Training (F.A.S.T.) Program.

• Serve as a mentor to selected student –athletes, meeting with them weekly and distributing reports to the Director and staff.

• Assist with class attendance monitoring

• Assist with recruiting visits.

• Meet with coaches as needed.

• Other duties as assigned.
