Posting Summary

Provide academic and wellness support for intercollegiate student-athletes at the University of Vermont. Support the goals and activities of the Department of Athletics Student-Athlete Development program and mission of the overall University. Produce and disseminate academic progress reports for first-year and “at-risk” student-athletes and communicate with coaching staff, administration, and faculty about needs and progress.

Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Education or related field and two years’ experience required. Knowledge of demands on student-athletes for

NCAA

Division I athletics program required. Effective oral and written communication skills required.

Desirable Qualifications

Teaching or coaching experience desirable.

Anticipated Pay Range

$23 - $26/hr
