The
Account Acquisition Representative
position will report to the Manager of Account Acquisitions & Premium Experiences and will be responsible for seeking out new business for all ticket options, donations, and premium experiences.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Generate new business through the sale of season tickets, mini-packs, group and hospitality tickets, as well as annual donations.
As directed by the Manager of Account Acquisitions & Premium Experiences, sell tickets for football, men’s and women’s basketball, baseball, and other Olympic sports.
Coordinate and facilitate annual gifts to the Wolfpack Club in conjunction with season ticket packages.
Make a minimum of 70 outbound calls per day.
Meet and exceed monthly and yearly sales goals.
Generate new business through inbound leads, high-value targets, community events, and prospect lists generated by their manager.
Assist in developing and executing customized service and touchpoint programs for accounts.
Work directly with the Fan Experience & Marketing team to create and execute new group experiences and enhancement programs.
Properly manage and document all contacts via Paciolan and Salesforce
CRM
, including resolving all customer complaints, inquiries, and requests in a timely manner.
Process ticket orders and work with ticket operations staff to ensure proper procedures are met, including
PCI
standards.
Work home athletic and campus events, as assigned by the Manager of Account Acquisitions & Premium Experiences.
Act as a steward of NC State Athletics in person at events and appointments.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
| Minimum Experience/Education |
Bachelor’s degree; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.

- Ticket sales experience
- Genuine desire to help others and assist NC State Athletics in achieving department goals
- Computer proficient (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.) and detail-oriented
- Ability to be a team player and collaborate with other team members
- High level of professionalism, with the ability to relate to all levels of staff, department leaders, and fans
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new ideas presented by other department members
- Ability to identify problems and develop potential solutions, as needed
- The position requires non-traditional work hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
