Serve as office manager and personal secretary to the director and provide clerical support for the Student Athlete Enhancement Center. Monitor front desk and computer lab operations; manage staff calendars; make travel arrangements; submit facilities work orders; coordinate student worker payroll; maintain office supplies and make purchases; reconcile and monitor budgets. Assist with preparation and distribution of routine reports to coaches and athletic staff; and generate reports and correspondence as requested. Perform other related tasks as assigned.
High School diploma or High School Equivalency (HSE) required.
Two years progressively responsible secretarial experience.
Note: An Associate's degree (two years of college coursework) and one year experience may be considered in lieu of work experience.
CAP/CPS preferred.
