Job Description

The Administrative Assistant to the Director of Athletics provides comprehensive administrative support to the Director of Athletics and the athletic department. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, coordinating schedules, handling communication, and ensuring the efficient functioning of the office.

Essential Duties

Administrative Support

  • Manage the Director of Athletics’ calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, ensuring timely responses.
  • Maintain and organize electronic and physical files and records.

Office Management

  • Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Coordinate office maintenance and repair needs.
