• Reviewing and processing student applications and/or documents; acquiring student credentials required for admissions status and monitoring applicant's progress.
• Counseling students and families about educational opportunities, admission, transfer of credit, financial assistance, university and NCAA policies and requirements.
• Maintaining communication with NCAA faculty representative, athletic coaches, and compliance coordinators.
• Assisting and advising coaches regarding recruitment efforts; counseling students and families on NCAA Initial Clearinghouse eligibility.
• Participating in school visitations and college programs for prospective students; representing the university in its recruitment efforts and in providing special outreach services in the community and state.
• Serving as liaison with various constituencies 
• Maintaining communication via telephone, text, correspondence, and/or electronic mail with prospective students through all stages of the recruitment and admission process.
• Utilizing recruiting management systems to communicate with students.

Some travel, weekend, and evening work will be necessary.  Outgoing personality, shows empathy, and has a sense of humor with the spirit of working in a team environment is a must.  A competitive salary and benefit package will be offered to the right individual.
