Description

Recruiters serve as front-line representatives of New College of Florida, acting as the “front porch” of the institution in both the community and the admissions process.
They are responsible for generating interest in the College, engaging prospective students and families, supporting community and camp initiatives, and ensuring that their efforts contribute not only to enrollment growth but also to student retention and long-term success.
In addition, Recruiters play an active coordinating role in coach-driven enrollment support, helping activate and track a structured model in which coaching staffs contribute to admissions events, summer camps as enrollment pipelines, and community-based lead generation
Recruiters represent New College with professionalism and enthusiasm, serving as ambassadors who embody the College’s mission and values
This position is also designed as a growth track role within Athletics, with the expectation that the individual will progressively assume expanded sport-program responsibilities and, as the wrestling program scales, be prepared to step into head coaching leadership for men’s and women’s wrestling.
