Position Summary
Reporting to the Assistant Director, Ritchie Center Operations, the Aquatics Manager will be responsible for the daily management and delivery of safety, quality, and service within the Aquatics Operation for the Division of Kennedy Mountain Campus, Wellness & Recreation. The position has oversight of the safety, quality, and service of the El Pomar Natatorium Venue and Division Aquatic Operations including facility scheduling, facility conversion, and facility maintenance; hiring, training and staffing Lifeguards, Masters Swim Coaches, and Lifeguard/WSI Instructors; planning, managing, and executing Division Aquatic Events including, but not limited to Hilltoppers Swim Meets, NCAA Swim & Dive Events, High School Swim Meets, Special Events, etc.

Apply NowThis position delivers an exceptional customer experience to all visitors of the Ritchie Center through managing the front-line interactions that customers will have. These include parking, facility entry and access, transaction experience, facility quality, communication, safety, and servicing each customers needs.
The position will be required to work a varied schedule that will include evenings, nights, and weekends based on facility and divisional needs.
Essential Functions
Venue Management
Responsible for the daily management of safety, quality, service, and maintenance of El Pomar Natatorium and Crimson Locker Rooms. Management of these venues will include the following, without limitation:
Maintain Safe Facility and Equipment Environments
Maintain Facility Equipment
Maintain Facility Equipment Inventory
Manage Facility Schedule
Personnel Recruitment, Training, & Management
Event Management
Responsible for working with the Hilltoppers Head Swim Coach and other Division staff members to plan and execute aquatics events including but not limited to Hilltoppers Swim Meets, NCAA Swim & Dive Events, High School Swim Meets, Special Events, etc.
Program Management
Responsible for Masters Swim Program and Lifeguard Certification Program including but not limited to:

The salary grade for the position is 8.
Salary Range:
The salary range for this position is$55,000-$60,000
