Primary Function: Direct, develop, and oversee the institution’s game day operations and facilities.
Major Duties:
Manages all aspects of game day operations, including facility set-up, scheduling gameday workers, managing referees, writing gameday scripts, and communication with visiting teams.
Works in conjunction with the Sports Information Department on a variety of game day technology set-up.
Assist with the general upkeep and daily operations of athletics facilities partnering with campus facilities on maintenance requests, and ensuring spaces are clean, safe, and functional.
Handle inquiries and scheduling for outside groups renting athletics facilities. Manage contracts, calendars,communication, and making sure groups have what they need during their rental.
Assists in working with and finding corporate sponsors including organizing trade-out deals, tracking sponsorcommitments, and assisting with activation of ideas for home events.
Plan and promote student-focused initiatives to boost attendance and involvement at athletic events. Includes marketing ideas, giveaways, social engagement, and working directly with student groups.
Help oversee SAAC meetings, communication, service projects, and event planning. This role supportsleadership development and enhances student-athlete experience.

Multiple years of experience working within athletics in a 4-year collegiate environment
Previous fundraising experience: within higher education preferred
Physical Requirements:
While performing the essential duties of this job, the employee will be required to do the following:
Be ambulatory around campus and in buildings.
Required to regularly sit and stand.
Frequently use wrist, hands and/or fingers to make small repetitive movements such as typing, distributing mail, and picking up small objects.
Ability to talk frequently to convey detailed and/or important instructions or ideas accurately, loudly, or quickly.
Be able to hear average or normal conversations and receive verbal information.
Required to lift packages and/or move heavy objects, 50+lbs.
