The Assistant/Associate Director of Athletics for Administration and Operations serves as a member of the Athletics, Fitness & Recreation leadership team and provides support and oversight in key administrative and operational areas of the department. Responsibilities include sport supervision, business operations, event management, strategic initiatives, and departmental projects. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with coaches, staff, and campus partners to enhance the student-athlete experience and support the mission of Kenyon College. Appointment at the Assistant or Associate Director level will be based upon the successful candidate's qualifications, experience, and demonstrated leadership within intercollegiate athletics.
