The Athletics Compliance Office department department at Baylor University is seeking an Assistant/Associate Director of Compliance that will support the mission and vision of the university.

A Bachelor's degree and two year of experience is required. A Masters degree and four years of experience is preferred.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The Athletics Compliance Office department department at Baylor University is seeking an Assistant/Associate Director of Compliance that will support the mission and vision of the university.

_ Applications must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. _

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Assist with monitoring (e.g. recruiting, CARA, SA employment, Awards, SA activities, SA outside competition, SA Summer Activities, NIL, Complimentary Admissions, etc.)
• Management of Camps and Clinics, Local Sports Clubs
• Assist with game day initiatives for various sport programs
• Manage eligibility (initial and transfer) for various sports, weekly status report, eligibility rosters, practice/competition certification, participation history
• Assist with high school transcript evaluation
• Assist with processing of SA Financial Aid Awards
• Assist with NCAA waiver requests, NCAA violation reporting and other NCAA data
• Assist with audit requests (external and internal)
• Management of monthly report distribution to sport staffs
• Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor’s mission
• Ability to comply with University policies
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance
