The role coordinates nutrition education sessions for teams and coaches, assists with training table and fueling station offerings, and ensures all products and supplements comply with NCAA and institutional policies. This position collaborates closely with athletic trainers, strength and conditioning staff, team physicians, and sport coaches, contributes to recruiting efforts by meeting with prospective student-athletes and families, and may help supervise interns or student workers.

Job Responsibilities:
Directs sports nutrition education services for student athletes.
Provides nutrition assessment and counseling for student athletes and coaches.
Develops and manages assigned budget.
Collaborates with members of the athletic medical team to effectively treat student athletes.
Executes fueling stations, practice /competition nutrition needs, and other food service needs.
Develops and implements nutritional policies and procedures.
