This role will coordinate memorable experiences and smooth operations throughout our athletic facilities and lead a talented team while overseeing the management of the First Bank & Trust Arena and Stanley J. Marshall Center.

competes in The Summit League for all sports except Football (Missouri Valley Football Conference), Wrestling (Big 12 Conference), and Equestrian (National Collegiate Equestrian Association). This position is a 12-month, full-time, benefits-eligible position.

KEY
RESPONSIBILITIES
:
Serve as the primary coordinator for all non-athletic events and operations for the athletic department as well as oversight of facilities/events manager, student staff and game management in First Bank & Trust Arena and Stanley J. Marshall Center.

MINIMUM
QUALIFICATIONS
:
Bachelor’s degree by application date;
Minimum one year of experience in athletics, game management and/or event coordination;
Experience with managing personnel;
Experience with facility maintenance;
Effective communication (oral, written and interpersonal) skills;
Demonstrated organizational and time management skills; and
Demonstrated computer application skills.
PREFERRED
QUALIFICATIONS
:
Master’s degree in Sports Management or related field;
Administrative and operations experience in collegiate setting;
Experience with rental/community events on campus facilities;
Experience organizing large events; and
Experience with supervising personnel.
