Job Description
Reporting to the Senior Associate Athletic Director for Development and External Relations, the Assistant AD for Annual Giving and Events has a visible role in the ISU Athletic Department and University Advancement and is expected to meet annual fundraising goals for Bengal Athletics. The position will manage assigned donor relationships, expand the annual giving pipeline through the identification of new donors and new Bengal Athletic Boosters (B.A.B.), execute special events, manage volunteers, staff the B.A.B. Board of Directors, while also coordinating priority parking and game day tailgate experience.
This position is not eligible for new visa sponsorship at this time. Candidates who already hold valid U.S. work authorization may be considered.

Key Responsibilities
DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES:
Minimum Qualifications
Willingness and ability to travel for business purposes, approximately 25%.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree.
Knowledge of computerized fundraising and ticketing systems.
Familiarity with annual giving and donor engagement in a college athletics landscape.
Public relations and promotion skills.
Knowledge of NCAA Rules and Regulations.
Understanding of Title IX as they relate to Intercollegiate Athletics.
Detailed understanding of athletic fundraising, NCAA Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) landscape.
Additional Information
You must submit your CV/resume, cover letter, and list of three (3) professional references, including current contact information. This position will remain open until it is filled; however, priority consideration will be given to applications received on or before February 4, 2026. Salary will be between $55,000 and $68,000 per year, commensurate with education and experience. All offers of employment are conditional pending the successful completion of a background investigation, provided by HireRight.
