The Department of Athletic Faculty at Kutztown University invites applications for a twelve-month, tenure track faculty position for an Assistant Athletic Director for Compliance. The position reports to the Athletic Director and is responsible for ensuring departmental compliance with all Kutztown University, NCAA, and PSAC rules and regulations. This position will provide leadership and oversight of a comprehensive Division II compliance program in all matters pertaining to the monitoring, interpreting, educating, documenting, and investigating of all institutional, NCAA and conference rules and regulations; submit required NCAA and PSAC reports; and serves as liaison to the NCAA and PSAC on all compliance rules interpretations. This position will also serve on the senior leadership team and will participate in the development and coordination of programs, policies, and procedures for all sports. The position often requires working evenings, weekends, and holidays throughout the year.
