The Assistant Athletic Director for Special Projects and Planning provides administrative support to the Director including special projects that may include topics such as budgeting, facilites, fundraising, completion of
NCAA
and
NESCAC
reporting, and administrative planning. The Assistant Athletic Director is responsible for managing athletically related student data, including rosters and award recognition and is the primary ticket coordinator for post-season competition.
The Assistant Athletic Director will aid in the planning of department meetings and events unrelated to competition and will provide administrative support for the Senior Woman Administrator, assisting with the coordination of the department’s relationship with Dining and Residential Life.

Salary Range: $60,000 – $70,000/year
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, economics, or a related field.
Demonstrated excellence in communication skills with a variety of constituents
Exceptional organizational skills with ability to balance a number of priorities
Preferred:
Master’s degree in business administration, accounting, economics, or a related field.
Required:
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business administration, accounting, economics, or related field.
Demonstrated experience with budgeting, scheduling, multiple analysis, and presentation platforms.
Preferred:
4-7 years of experience in business administration, accounting, economics, or related field.
Demonstrated administration experience in an intercollegiate or professional athletics environment.
Business hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Additional evening and weekend hours will be required based upon meeting and contest schedules.

working 35 hours, 45 weeks/per year.
