What We Want
The Assistant Athletics Director is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Athletics Internal Operations Office and its continual growth as a service to the Athletics Department. Additionally, the Assistant Athletics Director will assist the Associate Athletics Director with financial matters for the Athletics Department.

Qualifications
Required Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Four years’ athletics administration experience with higher-ed public or private financial experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge of NCAA and SEC rules and regulations.
Knowledge of Texas A&M System policies and procedures.
Strong interpersonal communications skills.
Ability to gather and interpret data.
Cash and accrual basis accounting skills.
Strong customer service/relations skills.
Must be able to work in a collaborative team environment.
Strong Excel or similar data analysis and applications tools.
