The University of Montana invites applications for an Assistant Athletic Director of Annual Giving for UM Athletics. The Assistant Director will assist in the day-to-day operations of the Grizzly Scholarship Association (GSA) and will be expected to attend Grizzly sporting events and community events both locally and statewide. This role will provide our donor base with exceptional customer service and efficient communication. You will be instrumental in supporting our goal of providing student-athlete scholarships to our Grizzly Student Athletes by building and sustaining the donor base through strategic solicitation, stewardship, and consistent engagement. This position reports to the Associate Director of the GSA.
Athletic Department employees and those University employees outside the Athletic Department with NCAA rules compliance responsibilities are subject at all times to NCAA Bylaws 10.1 and 11.1 regarding ethical conduct and the responsibility to positively contribute to a campus culture of NCAA rules compliance. Failure to conduct oneself as such will result in disciplinary or corrective action up to and including immediate discharge.

Preferred Qualifications
