Development and implementation of practice plansÂ
Recruit student athletes for the women’s soccer team according to NCAA policies and departmental philosophies.Â
Monitor the academic progress of the women’s soccer student athletes.Â
Coordinate and oversee pre-season conditioning and weight training progra
Schedule fall and spring contests
Develop and administer the women’s soccer budget.Â
Coordinate team travel.
Represent the department and the institution at internal and external events.
Hire and oversee assistant coaches.Â
Maintain knowledge of all applicable NCAA, Conference, and institutional rules that impact the women’s soccer program

Must be able to push, pull, move or lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to meet all general health requirements for the position as per university policies Compensation offered will be commensurate with the educational background and work experience of the individual.??? Â
