Job Summary:
The Assistant Athletic Trainer will provide the services for prevention, assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation of sports related injuries to HPU student athletes. The Assistant Athletic Trainers will assist the Head Athletic Trainer in the day-to-day operations of the athletic training department, to include, but not limited to appropriate application of emergency procedures, providing first aid, documentation of care, and communication with coaches and physicians. The incumbent will assist the Head Athletic Trainer in providing proper coverage for all HPU athletic events and athletic training room supervision. Candidate will provide practice, game, and travel coverage for assigned sport(s).
Location: This position is based in downtown Honolulu at our Saint Francis campus location.
