General Job Description:

The Assistant Athletic Trainer is responsible for assisting the Head Athletic Trainer in the day-to-day operation of the athletic training facility. Teaching load for the Instructor duties is assigned by the appropriate academic chairperson. Specific duties and responsibilities include:

• Athletic Training coverage for assigned team practices, home events, and travel when possible.
• General care of student-athletes during assigned treatment hours.
