Perform a variety of duties involved in the administration, evaluation, treatment, care, and rehabilitation of student-athletes within the University of Nebraska Athletic Department. The focus of responsibilities will be with the Nebraska Spirit Squad including practice and event coverage, and any required travel. The selected candidate will have a demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion. Working with the teams will involve working long hours, nights, weekends, some holidays. Adherence to all

, basic life support) required. Must have a valid driver’s license and meet University driver eligibility requirements.
Two years or more experience as full-time certified athletic trainer within

. Previous experience providing treatment and rehabilitation of injuries to student-athletes in a Division 1 program preferred.
