DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Hockey Business Operations and Financial Stewardship
1. Serve as the co-administrator and steward of the LHLAF, ensuring responsible, transparent, and strategic deployment of donor resources.
2. Assist in hockey-related budget execution, tracking expenditures, forecasting needs, and ensuring alignment with approved priorities and donor intent.
3. Develop and implement fiscal controls, reporting processes, and accountability structures consistent with best practices in NCAA hockey operations and University guidelines.
4. Manage hockey-related vendor relationships, contracts, and service agreements to ensure cost efficiency and high-quality outcomes.

Strategic Planning and Operational Efficiency
1. Lead long-term hockey business planning, including multi-year financial modeling, resource allocation strategies, and operational improvements.
2. Identify and implement operational efficiencies that reduce administrative burden on coaching and administrative staff.
3. Support strategic initiatives that enhance program sustainability, competitive positioning, and revenue diversification.

NIL, Revenue Generation and External Partnerships
1. Coordinate hockey-related NIL and revenue-generating initiatives in collaboration with institutional leadership, compliance, and external partners.
2. Support the identification, evaluation, and execution of new revenue opportunities consistent with NCAA regulations and University values.
3. Assist in aligning NIL opportunities with donor engagement, alumni relations, and brand strategy.
