| Key Responsibilities |
Juniata College, an NCAA Division III Institution, invites applications for a 12 month, full-time Assistant Baseball Coach. Juniata is a co-educational, liberal arts college and highly regarded for its academic excellence. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to; on field coaching and instruction, the recruitment of qualified student-athletes, scouting and game preparation, academic monitoring, and the administration and organization of camps and clinics. Collateral responsibilities in support of the Athletic Department will be assigned and are an essential function of the position.

This is a 12 month position that includes a monthly stipend, room, board and full benefits.

Qualifications include: Knowledge and capabilities normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience; valid driver’s license required, clear of major violations; playing experience at the collegiate level. Strong communication skills and ability to recruit high quality student athletes in a rigorous academic environment is a must. Knowledge of and adherence to Juniata College, NCAA Division III and Landmark Conference rules and regulations are required. | | Supervision Required/Given |

• Ability to demonstrate, assist with, conduct sport specific drills and fundamentals.
