The successful candidate will assist the Head Coach with all phases of a Division 1 intercollegiate baseball program including instruction and training of student-athletes in on-field operations, physical and mental player development, motivation, mentorship, instilling disciplines and development technical skills through quality practice and excellent communication.

Commitment to the academic and athletic progress and performance of the individual student-athletes and the team
Collaborate with the Head Coach in the identification, evaluation, and recruitment of prospective student-athletes
Develop team strategies and individual player development
Serve as Recruiting Coordinator for Baseball
Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with coaching staff, athletic administration staff and other university personnel
Maintain a professional and positive image of Southeastern Athletics, specifically the baseball program
Follow established departmental policies and procedures
Commitment to work with diversity
Ability to work nights/evening, weekends and holiday
Other duties as assigned by the Head Baseball Coach

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university. A minimum of one year of coaching experience at the high school level or above.
