Essential Duties:

1. Assist with coaching and recruiting for the football program

2. Knowledge of and compliance with all rules and changes that occur in the sport of football

3. Knowledge of, and compliance with,

NCAA

rules and regulations concerning recruiting and eligibility. Violation of

NCAA

and

RMAC

rules is prohibited and may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment

1. Set-up Chadron State College campus visits for athletes

2. Schedule and supervise student hourly workers for athletic events.

3. Work with coaches to schedule transportation for all teams.

4. Serve as an event management/planning position administering home athletic events and special events, including game setup.

5. Coordinate athletic summer camps and events with conference services, facilities, and food service.

6. Other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisors

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree

Coaching experience

Knowledge of

NCAA

rules and regulations

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

The physical requirements for this position may include, but are not necessarily limited to, the ability to use a computer, calculator, telephone, keyboard, and/or various types of office equipment. Must be able to effectively communicate in verbal and written formats and satisfactorily perform the functions of this position. Some lifting of equipment may be required.
