Responsibilities

The University of Rochester is accepting applications for the position of Assistant Women’s Lacrosse Coach. This is a full-time position including salary, tuition and health benefits. Baccalaureate degree or equivalent and previous experience as a college student-athlete or coach required, as well as CPR and First Aid Certification. Candidates should possess good organizational, interpersonal communication, and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities include assisting the Head Coach with the administration of the Lacrosse Program to provide coaching and instruction during training and practice activities. Duties include, but are not limited to training, recruiting, team travel, driving, strength and conditioning, practice preparation, equipment management, fundraising, alumni relations, and additional duties as assigned. He/she must represent the University of Rochester and help ensure team compliance with all NCAA, and institutional rules and regulations. Pay Range

Pay Range: $34,320 - $44,616 Annually

The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job’s compensation range, and will be determined byconsidering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
