Salary/Grade: EXS/32

Target hiring range for this position will be between $50,000-$68,000 per year. Offered salary will be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

Job Summary:

The Assistant Men's Soccer Coach reports to the Head Men's Soccer Coach and assists in all aspects related to the Men's Soccer program. This is a full-time appointment renewable on a contract basis.

*Willingness and ability to work a non-traditional schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays as required. *

Specific Responsibilities :

Coaching

· Assist the Head Coach in coaching and training the Northwestern Men's Soccer team. Coaching responsibilities include but are not limited to; develop and conduct all in-season and out-of-season sessions Assist in video analysis, data analysis and scouting of opponents.
