Assistant Coach, Baseball

Drew University is seeking a  Full Time, Exempt, Assistant Baseball Coach who is available to begin as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

The Assistant Coach will support the Head Coach in all aspects of program operations, including - but not limited to - practice and game preparation, team management, recruiting, fundraising, community service and any additional responsibilities as assigned by the Head Coach and/or Athletic Director.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree is required with previous collegiate playing and/or coaching experience strongly preferred.
• This role requires strong interpersonal skills and proficiency with relevant computer applications. 
• The successful candidate will effectively engage with individuals across the University community as well those outside that community.
