Minimum Qualifications:
Desired Qualifications - Experience contributing to offensive game planning, play installation, and opponent analysis. - Experience identifying and evaluating prospective student-athletes across multiple recruiting regions with primary emphasis in Texas and Louisiana. - Familiarity with advanced football technology platforms for video analysis, recruiting coordination, and player development. - Demonstrated ability to support student-athlete leadership development and personal accountability. - Strong organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. - Experience supporting donor engagement, alumni relations, or community outreach initiatives tied to an athletics program.
Key Competencies:
Physical Requirements: - Ability to stand for extended periods. - Ability to work long and irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. - Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
