Affiliated with the Missionary Church, Bethel University, is a member of the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA), the Crossroads League and the National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA).
The track and field coach must be committed to the College's mission of Christ-centered higher education.
Responsibilities include:
Additional duties will be evaluated based on the candidates skill set. The track and field coach is also responsible for encouraging the student-athletes in their spiritual, academic, athletic, and social development.
Candidate should have a minimum of three year's collegiate coaching experience with demonstrated success in recruiting quality student athletes. Bachelor's degree is required.
