Job Description

Texas State University is seeking applications for the position of Assistant Men’s Golf Coach for the Texas State Athletic Department. This position is full-time and benefits eligible and reports to the Head Men’s Golf Coach.

Job Duties

The Assistant Men’s Golf Coach is responsible for the direct and independent coaching of student-athletes during practice and tournaments, the assessment and recruitment of prospective student-athletes, creation of individualized development plans for each student-athlete, monitoring the academic progress of Men’s Golf student-athletes, facilitating team meetings, participating in public relations, marketing and fund raising for the Men’s Golf program and the athletic department and complying with

NCAA

and Texas State University rules and regulations.
