The University of Cincinnati (UC), Department of Athletics seeks applications for an Assistant Coach in the Men’s and Women’s Swimming program. This is a full-time position, salaried, with a comprehensive benefits package.
The successful candidate will report to the Head Coach and will be responsible for several administrative and organizational aspects of coaching, recruiting, and competition while following all departmental, university, conference, and NCAA policies and regulations.
The ideal candidate will have meet management technical experience and will be able to assist the head coach in all aspects of directing the swimming program. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of intercollegiate athletics rules and regulations of athletic associations and conferences including eligibility, recruiting, and certification. Strong organizational, oral, and written communication, time management, and interpersonal skills are also required.
The position requires some evening and weekend hours.
