POSITION: (PT) Assistant Coach – Men's Basketball
Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree is required. The incumbent must have demonstrated knowledge of NCAA rules and a commitment to the academic development of student-athletes. Must demonstrate excellent communication, customer service, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively engage with diverse populations. Must be self-directed and have the ability to make independent decisions while managing multiple priorities. Capable of multitasking and working both independently and collaboratively, with a creative and innovative approach. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications, with general computer literacy. Knowledge of competition and safety regulations. Must represent the University in a professional manner at all times, as well as have the ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in any situation. Must demonstrate respect for others in the workplace and a commitment to creating a supportive work environment that values the contributions of all employees.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Hours of Employment: Primarily evening hours; however, the incumbent must be flexible enough with their hours to meet the needs of the department and the University. Some weekends and travel may be required.

Salary Range: Commensurate with experience.
