Men’s Lacrosse Assistant Coach

This position is responsible for supporting all phases of the Lacrosse program as assigned by the
Head Coach.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment of quality student/athletes
• Organizes and directs practice and game activities
• Game preparation and strategy
• Scheduling
• Organizing camps and clinics
• Knowledge of and adherence to NAIA rules and regulations

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field

Required Skills

• Experience in demonstrating strong coaching skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Act as a mentor and role model to youth
• Ability to keep accurate records and stats
•
IT skills: PC/laptop, Word, Excel, E-mail
