We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as an Assistant Coach for Men's Lacrosse. The ideal candidate will have experience playing or coaching lacrosse at a competitive level and a strong understanding of the game.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the head coach in planning and implementing practice sessions
- Provide individualized coaching and feedback to players
- Assist in game day preparations and strategy
- Help with recruiting and scouting of potential players
- Promote a positive and competitive team culture
