Job Overview

Responsible for knowledge of and adherence to USCAA rules and procedures, recruiting, eligibility & general operation of the program. Assist with practices and drills, provide stats and scores and attend weekly open gyms. Responsible to transport athletes to away games and maintain a valid driver's license. 

Essential Functions

• Execute coaching assignment and administrative responsibilities. 
• Recruit academically and athletically qualified student-athletes.  
• Guide and actively encourage student-athletes to succeed academically, earn a degree and represent the university with integrity.
• Maintain current knowledge of USCAA rules and regulations.
• Participate in public and alumni relations and promotional activities.  
• Assist in establishing positive media relations.  
• Assist with fundraising including cultivating and soliciting donor to meet fundraising goals.
• Perform related duties based on departmental need. This job description can be changed at any time.
