The Assistant Coach of Men’s Ice Hockey is a 10-month, 40-hour per week position with a salary of $38,850, and comes with a full meal plan. This role is fully benefitted and also provides full tuition remission of graduate school coursework after six months of employment.
Williams College Men’s Ice Hockey has enjoyed recent success, having won the NESCAC Championship in 2026. The Ephs have enjoyed success on and off the ice, with many players earning individual accolades for their athletic and academic achievements. The team competes in the highly competitive New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC), one of the country’s toughest conferences for our sport in Division III.
