The Williams College Women’s Lacrosse program is seeking two ambitious, mission-driven Assistant Coaches who are ready to contribute to a culture that champions both academic and athletic competitive excellence.
Williams College is a member of the highly competitive New England Small College Athletics Conference (NESCAC), which qualified seven women’s lacrosse teams for the 2026 NCAA tournament. The Williams women’s lacrosse team has a long history of success that includes seven NCAA tournament appearances, including 2026, two second place finishes and four Elite 8 appearances.
One position is 10-month per year with an annual pay of $38,850. The second position is 6-months per year with an annual pay of $23,400. Both positions are fully benefitted, including year round medical and dental, full tuition remission of graduate school coursework after six months of employment, retirement plan and full on-campus meal plan during the 10- or 6-month scheduled working periods.
