Job Description

 

The University of Missouri Department of Athletics is seeking an Assistant Softball Coach to support the development, training, and performance of the Mizzou Softball program. Reporting to the Head Softball Coach, this position will play a key role in coaching, player development, recruiting, and other areas assigned by the head coach. The assistant coach will work closely with student-athletes, other coaches, athletic staff, and support personnel to enhance team success and ensure compliance with NCAA and SEC regulations.

Key Responsibilities

1.    Coaching and Player Development (40%)

•    Create and implement Training and Development Plans.
•    Organize and conduct player sessions to ensure a high level of technical, tactical, physical, and psychological skills.
