Job Summary

Oversee all aspects of strength and conditioning for assigned sports.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Design and implement year-round strength and conditioning training programs for assigned teams.

Assist with design and implementation for 2-3 teams.

Distribute nutritional supplements and educate the student-athletes on nutrition.

Collaborate with athletic training staff to accommodate for any injured athlete and make necessary modifications.

Assist with coordinating facility schedule.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree, Strength and Conditioning Coach Certified (

SCCC

) certification or Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (

CSCS

) certification,

CPR

/first aid/

AED

certified, one (1) year of previous experience in strength and conditioning or the equivalent work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree with two (2) years of previous strength and conditioning experience.

Working Conditions

Work is performed indoors and outdoors in all safe weather conditions.

Some travel required.
