Job Description

Student and Campus Life (SCL) inspires transformation in all Cornell students on their journey of individual, academic and personal evolution. This Assistant Coach for Strength & Conditioning assists the Associate Athletics Director for Strength & Conditioning in all phases of the Strength & Conditioning program at the university. This program aims to promote injury prevention and performance enhancement through the implementation of science based, sport-specific training techniques. In this role, you will: support the design and implementation of sport-specific exercise prescriptions and performance evaluation protocols; instruct student-athletes in the proper and safe techniques of several strength and conditioning activities; and counsel student-athletes in sport performance enhancement strategies. The Assistant Coach also contributes to facility maintenance and supervision.

This is a full-time, 10-month position. The salary range for this 10-month position is $52,212 to $53,012 and final offer will depend on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
