This position will assist in the day-to-day management of the athletics sports performance program within NCF, Conference, and NAIA rules and regulations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the daily oversight of strength and conditioning programming for nationally competitive programs, with emphasis on Olympic sports (as assigned). As coordinator for designated sports, the individual must be able to prepare a program and teach, demonstrate, and supervise proper techniques for strength, speed, conditioning, and flexibility exercises within the program, while maintaining a safe training environment.
Bachelor’s Degree

Due to the nature / scope of athletics and athletics events, position often requires work on evenings, weekends, and holidays, in addition to occasional travel.
