Duties and Responsibilities

• Assists with scheduling, practice schedule, team outreach, equipment maintenance, upload and download of opponent video, opponent video breakdown and scouting.

• Assists with recruitment of potential student athlete including but not limited to prospective student-athlete evaluations and on campus visits.

-Assists with practice planning and training.

• Responsible for organizing team travel and planning.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education and/or Work Experience

Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred. Two years of collegiate coaching experience in designated sport required. Understanding of and compliance with

NCAA

rules and regulations and commitment to the mission of Jesuit higher education.

Qualifications

• An ability to draw upon volleyball experience and contribute to training as well as in match volleyball adjustments.

• Ability to adjust and accommodate to differing techniques in a diverse and positive learning environment.

• Good organizational skills.
