Reporting to the Head Women’s Basketball Coach, this position assists in the coaching, instructing, and administration of all phases of the Women's Basketball program in accordance with NCAA Division I rules and philosophies.
Up to four positions will be hired from this posting. All positions will have the job functions and responsibilities as noted below. In addition, one of the positions will be the main recruiting coordinator, one will be the main scouting and player development position, another will be the main travel point of contact, and one will be the main equipment point of contact.

Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record as determined by the University’s auto insurance carrier.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
Work Environment: Duties require: both indoor and outdoor work; direct exposure to prevailing weather, extreme heat, humidity, and cold; physical ability to endure physically strenuous work-outs and physical exercise on a daily basis, including standing and/or walking for long periods, bending, stooping, lifting; manual dexterity; lifting of up to fifty pounds; ability to work hours outside the normal University schedule; physical ability to travel; perceptual demands for sound, form, depth.
Work authorization sponsorship may be available for this position. However, sponsorship is contingent upon the non-applicability of the visa petition fees outlined in the relevant Executive Order signed September 19, 2025. Due to the recent federally-mandated increased financial expense, the university is not in a position to absorb this significantly increased cost of sponsorship for new H-1B petitions at this time.
