Assistant Coach, Women's Basketball

Description

This position will help lead the women's basketball program based around our athletic department core values.

Examples of Duties

• Attract student-athletes who line up with our rigorous academic standards and core values

• Practice and game planning execution

• Daily practice plans

• Innovative statistical analysis

• Building a championship culture for the program

• Creating/Coaching a full slate of college games in Florida

• Lead player mentorship will work with the student-athletes and lead a mentorship program that will help our students

• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience

Preferred Qualifications

• A program builder, strong communication and recruiting, strong organizational skills and a positive influence
