JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

● Assist with Academic Monitoring of student-athletes

● Personal development of student-athletes

● Contribute to positive team culture

● Identify, evaluate and recruit students that can succeed at Butler both academically and athletically

● Build and cultivate relationships with scholastic and non-scholastic coaches

● Assist with teaching and coaching in team and individual settings

● Game preparation via game and practice planning and film review

● Game preparation via game and practice planning and film review

● Pre and post season conditioning, weight training and skill development

Minimum Qualifications

● Bachelor’s Degree

● Collegiate coaching or playing experience. Knowledge of NCAA Division I, Big East rules and regulations

● Ability to work effectively with student-athletes, coaches, administrators and staff.

● Outstanding verbal communication and leadership skills.
