Job Summary

The Assistant Coach for Women's Ice Hockey assists the Head Coach in the management and administration of a Division I Hockey program. The core responsibilities of the Assistant Coach are to recommend, implement and execute a successful recruiting philosophy and strategy to ensure student-athletes are committed and engaged academically, athletically, and socially. In addition, the Assistant Coach is responsible for preparing and developing student-athletes both on and off the ice with instruction of an academic and personal nature.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree

• One year of experience related to ice hockey including playing, experience supervising, communicating with, and instructing student-athletes and prospective student-athletes
