The Assistant Coach will assist the head coach with the organization, development and implementation of a nationally competitive
NCAA
Division I women’s soccer program.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Assisting with scouting, recruiting, coaching, practice and game scheduling.
The administration of team budgets.
Developing and maintaining effective interaction with students, colleagues, university staff, alumni, media, and the general public.
Knowledge of and commitment to compliance with all
NCAA
, Big Ten and University rules and regulations as well as dedication to full academic development of student-athletes.
Performing other related duties as assigned.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience:
Must have a minimum of five (5) years of coaching experience.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Must have knowledge of
NCAA
rules and regulations.
Candidate should have administrative and organizational experience as well as computer skills.
Preferences:
Minimum of five (5) years of coaching experience at the
NCAA
Division I college level.
Demonstrated experience with video editing and developing a scouting report, i.e., Huddle, Sports Code, etc.
Experience with the coaching and technical training of field players, both individually and as a group.
Experience recruiting at the
NCAA
Division I level.
