● Coordinates the daily organization and overall administration of the game day dance program

● Assists in scheduling and conducting practices
● Responsible for NCAA compliance, A-10 and University compliance
● Assists in overseeing student team members’ athletic and academic development
● Works closely with band, cheer, and the student group in engaging fans and students in the game day experience
● Performs other duties as assigned Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
● Prior coaching experience required
● Proven ability to work independently, prioritize, and complete tasks in a timely manner
● Excellent communication skills required for working with diverse groups
● Strong written communication skills; excellent organizational skills with accuracy and attention to detail
● Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion handling sensitive matters involving student-athletes
Minimum Qualifications –An equivalent combination of education, training and experience will be considered. (Additional requirements may be designated by position.) Bachelor’s degree; supplemented with one year of related experience; previous collegiate coaching experience preferred; ability to work non-traditional hours including nights and weekends.
